Organizational excellence series in process work

Dr. Stephen Schuitevoerder, a well-known international facilitator and trainer, is offering a unique opportunity to learn about Process Work in Seattle. Developed by Jungian analyst Arnold Mindell in the 1970s, Process Work is an innovative approach to individual and collective change that brings psychology, group dynamics, spirituality, and creative expression together in a single paradigm.

This 4-part program focuses on the deepening of practice and skills and is offered as a 4-day training twice a year for a period of two years. The series will explore Process Work applications to system and organizational development in depth with a broad focus on individual, relational, and group development. Specific areas covered include executive coaching, group facilitation, organizational and world change, and 2-party conflict; with exploration into power and rank, marginalized roles, and the concept of deep democracy. Module 1: April 30-May 3, 2009 (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Module 2: October 10-13, 2009 (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Module 3: May 20-23, 2010 (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Module 4: October 14-17, 2010 (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

Cost: $770 per 4-day module. Total cost is $3080. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is due on acceptance to be applied to Module 4. A corporate, CHEA accredited rate is available. Please inquire.
